How Is Pregnant Anna Paquin Hiding Her Baby Bump on True Blood?

Sookie Stackhouse's eensy-weensy bootie shorts on True Blood don't leave much to the imagination, so when Anna Paquin announced her pregnancy a couple months ago, we wondered if the writers would work it into the season 5 storylines. 

Well, Anna confirmed at the premiere party that Sookie wouldn't be getting knocked up, but rather the show would shoot around her growing baby bump. But with a few more episodes left to shoot, how exactly would that going to work?

Anna's co-star Todd Lowe revealed one behind-the-scenes secret to hiding a pregnancy: "“I know that her stunt double has had more work than needed before,” he tells Celebuzz. 

“I know that and they’re pretty creative with staging and costuming.”

So, more free-flowing maxi dresses, fewer bootie shorts!
