Our TV worlds are colliding! American Idol/X Factor judge Simon Cowell was photographed on a dinner date True Blood actress Janina Gavankar on Saturday night (December 8).

The snapshot (shown below) shows the two TV stars in the backseat of a car, having just left Cecconi’s West Hollywood — a swanky, Los Angeles-area Italian restaurant — the Daily News reports.

And this isn’t the first incident of PDA between them. On November 16, the duo exchanged flirtatious tweets. “Hello, trouble,” Simon tweeted. “Who me? #DefinitelyMe,” Janina responded, to which Simon answered, “Yes, you.”

OK, we’re all for puppy love, but the thought of a flirty Simon sorta makes the lunch we just ate want to make a reappearance.

Simon and Janina both seem to have enjoyed the single life recently, though Simon was believed to be dating Carmen Electra in September.
