On June 21, the True Blood actor was spotted at the Samsung Galaxy S III Launch Party in Los Angeles with a pretty blonde on his arm.

So, who is this mystery woman?

According to Life & Style magazine, "She's an actress and cabaret dancer named Veronique Lazoore. She lives in Paris and dances for the Paris Lido Bonheur Cabaret."

Since Joe plays an exotic dancer in the upcoming film Magic Mike, it’s no wonder this cabaret cutie appeals to the boy!

There’s no official word on whether or not the two are officially dating, but they certainly looked cozy at the launch party.
