Who do you call when the firemen are the ones on fire?
The 2012 MTV Movie Awards nearly went up in flames last night when True Blood hottie Joe Manganiello strolled out in a sexy fireman outfit, shirtless (of course) and baring his rippling eight-pack.
Joe and his Magic Mike co-stars, Matthew McConaughey and Channing Tatum, presented the award for best on-screen transformation to Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks.
Joe then carried Elizabeth out in his well-muscled arms.
We hope the EMTs were on standby to help all the swooning fans!
