Spotted: Sam Trammell Hits True Blood's Season 5 Premiere Celebration at Planet Hollywood (PHOTO)

True Blood hottie Sam Trammell was spotted out and about this past weekend, June 17, 2012, at the Season 5 at the Premiere Gallery Nightclub at the Planet Hollywood resort and casino in Las Vegas.

Although we're just a couple episodes in, Sam is already teasing what lies ahead for his shape-shifting character in the True Blood Season 5 finale.

"The season finale this year … There’s something that happens to [Sam Merlotte] that is just ridiculous," he tells Access Hollywood.

"I got excited, until I realized what was technically going to be demanded."

Sounds like stunt work to us! And by "stunt work," we really mean running around the forest butt-naked.
