Who Has Emma Garza in Season 6?
Another True Blood Season 6 Waiting Sucks preview, and we’re still doing our antsy-pants waiting dance. In this one, Alcide Herveaux and some other pack members fight over a wolf pup, who we can only assume is Emma Garza from Martha Bozeman saying, “she’s my granddaughter.”
Rikki seems to have a problem with Emma being in the pack’s possession; she thrusts Emma into Martha’s arm and spits, “All you did was bring trouble into this pack, trouble we don’t need.”
Oh good, someone who’s not Steve Newlin is holding Emma! Steve had stolen Emma in Season 5 as a pet for his partner, the late vampire Russell Edgington. We wonder if Steve and other vampires are who Rikki was talking about when she said that “they’re this close to finding out who and what we are.”
Either way, Martha is not having Rikki’s objections: “She’s my granddaughter and she’s a part of this pack whether you like it or not.”
“That’s enough! I’m the packmaster. She’s wolf, she stays,” says Alcide. Does this mean that Emma, the daugher of a werewolf and a shapeshifter, is conclusively werewolf, or is she just shapeshifting into a wolf pup? Could she maybe be a little bit of both?
So the pack — and therefore Martha, Emma’s grandma — has her. But where are Sam and Luna, Emma’s mom? Are they still looking for her?
