True Blood's Jim Parrack Writing James Franco's Joe Namath Biopic

Hoyt Fortenberry may have ended True Blood season 4 down and out (having learned his best friend slept with his ex-girlfriend), but in real life, Jim Parrack is making a name for himself in Hollywood.

Not only did he recently write and direct his first film, Post, he recently completed writing a script for James Franco's 3D Joe Namath biopic. A few weeks ago, he tweeted, "Greatest First Album ever!! Revisiting Reasonable Doubt while I write the Joe Namath script."

Parrack and Franco have been buds since their days at the Playhouse West Film School. With a combo like this, how can they not score a touchdown?
