True Blood's Smoke Monster: Love It or Leave It?

True Blood has had a slew of big bads throughout its five seasons — including a psycho vampire (Franklin) and a vengeful witch (Marnie) — but none as peculiar as the cloud of fire stalking Terry Bellefleur and Patrick Devins.

Not-so-affectionately dubbed the “Smoke Monster,” this “curse” has been stalking — and killing — the soldiers Terry and Patrick fought with in Iraq. Everyone they tell thinks they’re crazy, and it even prompted Terry to leave Arlene and the kids behind!

Now that we’ve seen this monster crawl through Bon Temps for a few episodes, we want to know what you think of the elusive fire spirit.
