True Blood's Valentina Cervi Teases "Powerful Fight Scene" Between Salome and Russell Edgington!

What happens when the former Vampire King of Mississippi and the 2,000-year-old Daughter of Herodias go head-to-head in battle? Blood. Lots of blood.

In a new interview with Vulture, True Blood actress Valentina Cervi teased a "powerful fight scene" between her character, Salome, and Russell Edgington, played by Denis O'Hare.

"Shooting that was scary and fun at the same time," Valentina explained. "It was internally bloody, a lot of rage coming out. Russell’s 3,000 years old, so he’s an older vampire than me."

Not only is Russell dead-set on destroying the Authority and the mainstreaming PR initiative of the American Vampire League, but we'd also imagine he's got plenty of pent-up frustration after spending the better part of Season 4 encased in cement.

Let's hope this psycho vamp's new man-candy doesn't mind being tossed around a bit!
