Thanks to Roman and The Authority, we now pray to the Vampire Bible. You know, the one which states that God created Lilith in his form, and that Adam and Eve were her food? Good times!

But let's not forget the good ol' fashioned New Testament, which features True Blood's sexiest new seductress, Salome!

Salome pops up in Mark 6:17-29 and Matthew 14:3-11, and is known as the "Daughter of Herodias." She's most famous for being a temptress with a penchant for erotic dances (no wonder Bill and Eric like her), and made a name for herself when she danced before Herod and demanded John the Baptist's head on a platter.

"And when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give it thee. And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom. And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of John the Baptist."

So yeah, basically Salome is a crazy beheader. But don't forget that the human Bible is "little better than Us Weekly," so who knows what really happened!

All we know for sure is that Salome is vehemently anti-Sanguanista and loves herself some shirtless Agent Stabler. Join the club, girl.
