Will Tara and Sookie Make Amends on True Blood? Rutina Wesley Weighs In!

Last time we left former besties Tara and Sookie, the new vampire was running out of Merlotte’s walk-in freezer while angrily telling the faerie that she will never forgive her.
 
And with Tara hiding out at Fangtasia — and Pam not Sookie’s biggest fan — we figured it was unlikely that they would cross paths again anytime soon, but that might not be the case.

“I can definitely say that they will see each other again, and there will be a figuring out of their relationship,” portrayer Rutina Wesley told Rolling Stone. “Whether they actually talk about it may not happen, but [Tara] will be involved with her again, sometime later on.”

But off-screen, Anna Paquin has been helping the new vampire out in an unconventional way.

“I practiced [talking with my fangs] a lot in my trailer, and also Anna [Paquin] said to me, ‘If you can say 'Sookie Stackhouse,' then you're good.’ So I practiced saying 'Sookie Stackhouse' a lot,” Rutina spilled.

We’re frankly surprised that Tara didn’t end up calling her “Sookeh!”
