Alexander Skarsgard Looks Sexy at the Toronto International Film Festival (PHOTOS)

Alexander Skarsgard is a man on the move. Instead of relaxing during True Blood’s hiatus, he dropped 16 pounds for Hidden, completed filming, and then immediately jumped into press for What Maisie Knew at the Toronto International Film Festival.

We’re happy to report that A. Skars is looking much healthier than the last time we spotted him out and about, but we might just be distracted by his black fitted suit, perfectly-styled ‘do, and well-groomed facial hair.
