Earlier this fall, Kristin Bauer stunned in a guest appearance as Maleficent (aka The Mistress Of All Evil) on our new favorite show, Once Upon a Time. Kristin clearly had an amazing time channeling the Evil Queen’s “oldest and best frenemy” — even working alongside a pony dressed up as a unicorn.
