This True Blood Star Dressed Up as a Bloody Witch! Who Is She? (PHOTOS)

The crafty True Blood star designed her own character for the Constables Ball, snapping a few photos and posting them on her Facebook page on Sunday, Oct. 21.

We are super impressed with Deborah Ann Woll’s skills and creativity, but we weren’t surprised since she’s known to design her own elaborate costumes for Comic-Con every year!
