True Blood's Nan Flanagan and Franklin Mott
After supes leave Bon Temps' city limits, their futures are Grimm.
Although we saw Hoyt drive into the sunset recently, most departures from True Blood have been a bit more explosive — especially when it comes to dead vampires — but some of them have a special afterlife.
Some of the craziest characters have moved on to NBC's Grimm, a crime procedural with a supernatural twist. While the show just started its second season, we've already seen two characters stop by: Nan Flanagan and Franklin Mott, both despicable vampires.
There's also a faerie on the horizon, but you'll have to click through the gallery to find out her identity, as well as read about deceased True Blood characters and their Grimm counterparts.
And after you've seen the "crossovers," tell us who you'd like to see appear on Grimm next in the comments below!
Grimm currently airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC, but will shift back to its regular timeslot on Friday, Sept. 28 at 9 p.m. ET.
