Who is Portia Bellefleur?

Portia Bellefleur is the sister of Andy Bellefleur, cousin of Terry Bellefleur and granddaughter of Caroline Bellefleur. She is introduced in Season 4 as a potential new love interest for Bill, but when he finds out that they are distantly related, he ends their relationship. Portia is portrayed as a very independent, strong-willed woman, who seems to have a particular dislike for Sookie.
