Jim Parrack plays good guy Hoyt on True Blood, but we get to see a whole new side of him on tonight's all-new Alcatraz, airing on Fox at 9 p.m. ET. Go behind the scenes of the episode, which features Parrack as a prison guard who returns from the big disappearance. And this guard? Not such a good guy.
