Conspiracy Theorists Believe Tupac Shakur Is Still Alive Because of This Selfie (PHOTO)
Some fans refuse to believe that Tupac Shakur is really gone.
There are many conspiracy theorists out there who believe the rapper is still alive and well even though he was shot on September 7, 1996 at the age of 25.
The latest piece of information theorists are using to prove their point is a picture of a man in a YouTube video who looks very similar to the star. The video was posted last year but is amassing views now because the 20th anniversary of his death is just over a week away.
“Did you saw [sic] this — it is Tupac guys 100% same eyebrows and lips,” the video creator claims.
While there are some fans who agree Pac may still be alive, most people don’t buy into the suspicions.
“Anybody who claims this guy is still alive is a f—king idiot. You can’t hide in todays [sic] electronic day and age… stop drinking the conspiracy kool-aide you half-wits,” a YouTube user said in response.
For those who do believe he’s alive, the most popular theory is Tupac faked his death and then moved to Cuba to hide from the public eye.
To add even more fuel to the fire, Suge Knight — who used to be the CEO of Death Row Records — said in 2012 he believed the hip hop artist was still alive.
“Maybe the question is, Pac's not really dead. Pac's somewhere else,” he said.
No matter what side you’re on, this debate seems as if it will never be settled.
