Which Boy Meets World Characters Return For the Spin-Off? Ben Savage Tells All! (VIDEO)

Credit: AOL

As huge Boy Meets World fans ourselves, we know what you're all wondering: When Girl Meets World hits the Disney Channel this Friday, June 27, at 9:45 p.m., who are we going to see? We need to know how our favorite characters are faring!

"You're gonna get lots of guest appearances," says Ben Savage, who played the titular boy Cory Matthews and is now the father of the Girl who Meets World.

He continues, telling HuffPo: "Mr. Feeny is coming back. I can't say for how many episodes … [and] Rider Strong who played Cory's best friend Shawn [Hunter] is coming back. Minkus, for the diehard Boy Meets World fans, he's coming back, [played by] Lee Norris. He's actually the father of Farkle, and Farkle's one of the lead characters, [played by] Corey Fogelmanis, and he's one of the girls' best friends on the show. So there is a nice passing of the torch there." Fun!

"Cory's parents, Alan and Amy, are coming back," Ben adds. "And there's a lot more surprises in the works and a lot more surprises that people will have to tune in to watch."

More surprises? We knew about these guest stars individually, although it's nice to hear them all rattled off at once like this, so now we're wondering what Ben has to keep under wraps. Maybe his big brother, Eric, is returning?! Or, perhaps, Angela? Maybe the writers assembled a Star Wars-esque team to decide which version of Topanga Lawrence (Danielle Fishel)'s parents are canon, and they're coming back too?

Well, we'll find out soon enough! Girl Meets World, as we mentioned above, hits our small screens this Friday at 9:45 p.m. on the Disney Channel.
