As we gear up for the Season 2 premiere of BBC America’s Orphan Black, we’ve been wondering how much the membership of the Clone Club will increase this year. After all, Sarah and the others will undoubtedly discover more of their genetic doubles as the story continues to unfold.

While the number of clones on the show is a moving target, there are 11 known so far — five confirmed alive and six dead. Here’s the current roster:

Sarah Manning

Origin: UK
Status: ALIVE
Sarah may not be the original (if there even is one), but she’s definitely the first clone we got to know. A petty criminal, she’s street smart and resourceful. She’s also the only known clone to have a biological child — the rest seem to be sterile.

Elizabeth “Beth” Childs

Origin: Canada
Status: DEAD
Beth was a police detective until the day Sarah saw her on a subway platform, just moments before she jumped to her death. While Sarah was pretty surprised to see her exact copy, Beth didn’t seem too nonplussed. That’s because she’d already begun to start putting together the pieces of her origin story.

Katja Obinger

Origin: Germany
Status: DEAD
Katja didn’t get much screen time. She was killed by a sniper rifle when she met up with Sarah (impersonating the late Beth Childs) to give her information about the clone conspiracy.

Helena (no known last name)

Origin: Ukraine
Status: ALIVE
Definitely the craziest known clone (so far, anyway), Helena was raised in a convent and believed herself to be the original. On a crusade to eliminate her “copies,” Helena was the sniper who killed Katja. However, Helena learns she herself is just a clone when it’s revealed that she and Sarah are twins from the same birth mother. Viewers thought Helena met her demise after brutally killing the surrogate who carried the twin clones — fittingly, it’s Sarah who pulled the trigger. However, in the Season 2 premiere, it's revealed that the scrappy Ukrainian has survived when she staggers into an emergency room proclaiming, "My sestra shot me."

Alison Hendrix

Origin: Canada
Status: ALIVE
A self-described “soccer mom”, Alison is a type A suburban housewife with two adopted children. Her monitor is her husband, Donny, though he only learned recently the nature of the experiment for which Alison is a subject.

Cosima Niehaus

Origin: USA
Status: ALIVE
Cosima is a scientist from San Francisco, completing her PhD in microbiology at the University of Minnesota. A lesbian, her girlfriend Delphine is her assigned monitor. When Cosima reveals her suspicions, Delphine — who seems to have developed real feelings for Cosima —  decides to act as a double agent on her behalf. Cosima seems to suffer from a condition that has taken the lives of at least one other clone, and which seems to be related to the condition that has caused the sterility all of her "sisters" except for Sarah appear to present.

Rachel Duncan

Origin: Unknown (possibly UK)
Status: ALIVE
Dubbed the “Proclone” by Sarah and the rest of the clone club, Rachel was raised by the Neolutionists, an organization that appears to be involved heavily in the clone conspiracy. She is not to be messed with, by all appearances.

Danielle Fournier

Origin: France
Status: DEAD
Died prior to the beginning of the show’s events.

Aryanna Giordano

Origin: Italy
Status: DEAD
Died prior to the beginning of the show’s events.

Janika Zingler

Origin: Austria
Status: DEAD
Died prior to the beginning of the show’s events.

Jennifer Fitzsimmons

Origin: USA
Status: DEAD
Unlike the other clones, Jennifer is not self-aware. Her boyfriend is her monitor and she has received treatments for polyps on her lungs, a condition that appears to also affect Cosima and the late Katja. In Season 2, Episode 3, Delphine informs Cosima that Jennifer passed away from complications, so she could be next.
