We know that the second season of Orphan Black just started a few short weeks ago, but it’s never too early to start thinking about the likely action-packed finale, now is it? Don’t get us wrong, we hate to wish the season away, but since the BBC drama is airing in late spring this year, we think before you start making all of those warm weather plans it’s best you know when the finale is likely scheduled. OB airs on Saturday nights after all!

Like last year’s inaugural run, Orphan Black’s sophomore season is expected to have ten episodes. Season 2 kicked off on April 19, so if you jump ten Saturdays into the future that puts the Season 2 ender on June 21, 2014.

Still, as far as we know BBC America hasn’t confirmed this proposed finale date, and June 21 assumes that Season 2 airs without taking a single week off. The only Saturday we could see OB skipping, however, is May 24, which is just two days before Memorial Day. Many people take mini-vacations over that three-day weekend to mark the unofficial start of summer, so it’s possible that BBC execs will decide against airing a brand-new ep on the 24th, though, like we said, nothing has been confirmed or even announced.

Do you think Season 2 will conclude on June 21, or do you have another guess for the big finale date? Tell us your thoughts below!

Orphan Black Season 2 airs Saturday nights at 9 p.m. ET on BBC America.
