‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Tyler Baltierra Reveals He Is Seeking Therapy: “I Made It”
Tyler Baltierra is getting the help he needs.
The Teen Mom OG star revealed he is seeking therapy just five days after his wife, Catelynn Lowell, announced she is returning to treatment.
This is the 25-year-old’s third time in treatment in the last couple of months after she began experiencing suicidal thoughts.
“I made it. I made it to my therapist appointment,” he said in a video posted from his car.
“Putting in a little self care today, know what I mean? Sometimes you have to put yourself ahead of some other people sometimes in life.”
He continued, “Doesn’t mean you don’t love ’em or care about ’em. It just means you love ’em enough to put yourself first so you can be the best ‘you’ you can be.”
