Actor Terrence Howard reportedly just tied the knot for the fourth time with his girlfriend of one month, a Canadian woman named Miranda, but according, he's still got some unresolved drama with his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent. And by "some drama" we mean six figures worth!

In the court documents obtained by the gossip site, Michelle claims that Terrence only paid around $18,000 in court-ordered spousal support, and still owes upwards of $100,000 in arrearages, interest, and legal fees. Not only that, Michelle says Terrence charged up a storm on her credit card when they met up for an attempted reconciliation in Costa Rica this past July.

Oh, and if you need a reminder about why their attempt at getting back together failed, it's because Michelle took out a temporary restraining order against Terrence after alleging that he punched and kicked her during the trip. Thankfully, the couple's divorce agreement had already been finalized a few months prior to the alleged incident.

So why isn't Terrence paying up? Your guess is as good as ours, considering the 44-year-old Hustle & Flow actor reportedly earned $856,422.77 between May 2012 and June 2013. And considering he currently has two big holiday movies out — Best Man Holiday and The Butler — we can't imagine he'd be short on funds.

Michelle and Terrence married in January 2010 and have no kids.
