Tia Mowry is no stranger to the wonderful world of Twitter, and the Instant Mom star can almost always be found tweeting to her fans as well as doing a little advertising for certain sponsored companies. Well guys, it looks like someone’s taken advantage of Tia’s lucrative tweets and now the Sister Sister alum is putting them in court!

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Tia made a pretty penny or two from her sponsored tweets — an estimated total of $108,000, but the agent she hired to help handle her Twitter deal took more than the 10 percent commission they were entitled to. Turns out, the culprit made out with more than half of Tia’s Twitter monies!

Tia says that she’s been cheated out of nearly $60K and she wants it back, plus an additional $120K in punitive damages.

Tsk, tsk. Why would anyone want to steal from Tia?! She’s like, one of the sweetest celebs out there. Well lets hope the former reality TV star gets her money back!
