Tonight, August 14, is the return of everyone’s favorite sisters; the Braxtons are back for the premiere of Braxton Family Values Season 4, and you won’t want to miss it. We’ve already given you guys a couple of hints at what’s to come, but who better to explain what to expect this season than Braxton baby sis herself? We give you Tamar Braxton.

During a recent chat with the Tom Joyner Morning Show, Tamar dished on what fans can expect to see from the sisters as they figure out where they stand in their lives.

“This season is really about everybody coming into their own and everyone trying to figure out where they fit in the sisterhood. It’s really weird but necessary and very real,” she said, adding that when it comes to her place in the sisterhood, she’s “still trying to figure that out.”

Tamar continued, “The dynamic has changed tremendously. And to be honest, you watch us really trying to figure that out.”

Speaking of change, it appears that Tamar’s transformation sparked a little tiff between her and sister Towanda Braxton, who questioned Tamar about her “evolution” right before erupting into an explosive breakdown in the trailer.

When host Tom Joyner asked Tamar if she felt as though she’d changed, the Maryland native responded, “No, I’m not acting funny. I’m the same ol’ T. The only thing that has changed in my life is the fact that I got the chance to live my dream. And that shouldn’t give anybody a big head.” Her sisters may beg to differ…

But in the end, Tamar said the family bickering is all a part of nature and growing up.

“It’s not like me and my sisters don’t get along,” she stated. “It’s just that when you grow up you just have this relationship … and it’s hard when it’s not like that anymore, because you have to figure out where you stand. It’s just about growing up and everyone accepting who you are now.”

And tonight begins the sisters’ road to accepting one another for their new successes and new egos!

Braxton Family Values Season 4 airs tonight, Thursday, August 14, at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv. Will you tune in? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
