Remember a couple weeks ago when a popular Hollywood nightclub threatened to sue Basketball Wives L.A. star Draya Michele for ditching her appearance because of the club’s gay patrons? Well, according to TMZ, the lounge is going through with the suit. But guys, it looks like Draya just might be able to prove that the lawsuit is really just a result of angry club owners.

When the story first broke, Draya alleged that the club’s owners were upset that she was unable to make the event because she wasn’t feeling well. The club insisted that Draya showed up, made homophobic comments, and left, however, in the suit the slurs aren’t even mentioned. The lawsuit doesn’t even note that Draya showed up, and instead says that they received a text from her saying she was too tired to attend.

Hmm… that sounds almost like Draya’s story, in which she also noted that the club threatened to tarnish her name in the media. This new fact could basically topple the club’s claims that Draya made homophobic comments, but will it hurt the case? That remains to be seen.

Do you think Draya Michele should pay for her missed club appearance? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
