California rapper The Game and Atlanta rapper T.I. were involved in an intense standoff with the LAPD early Wednesday morning after a brutal fight went down outside of a L.A. club.
According to TMZ, a group of “mutual acquaintances” of both rappers were denied entrance into at the SupperClub nightclub, and the men got into a heated verbal altercation with the establishment’s security, with one of the men throwing a punch at a security guard. That’s when security guards descended on two of the men from the posse and began violently beating on them, leaving them bloodied and bruised.
At some point, the LAPD was called and that’s when things went from bad to worse. After hearing about the commotion outside of the club, both The Game and T.I. stormed out mistaking the cops for beating their compadres. In the video above, we see T.I., The Game, and their combined entourage stand off with the LAPD, demanding to know what happened to their fallen friend.
When one of the bloodied men tells The Game and T.I. that the cops weren’t the ones who hurt them, but the security guards from the club, the VH1 reality stars and their friends then turn their attention at the club, demanding to know who did the deed. We see that there’s a bit of a scuffle at the entrance to the club, but the remaining parties involved are brought back into the building after they’ve cooled down.
TMZ reports the two bloodied men were taken to LAPD’s Hollywood division, but one filed charges, so they were allowed to leave.
