Usher’s Son Released From the Hospital, Spotted Out With Grandmother
Though there’s still an intense custody battle brewing between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster, little Usher Raymond V has been released from the hospital following his traumatic pool accident last week.
The 5-year-old tot came close to drowning after his arm was stuck in the drain of the pool at Usher’s house. Fortunately, two workers happened to be nearby and freed the boy, later rushing him to the ICU at a local Atlanta hospital.
And not only is URV out of the hospital now, but he’s also enjoying his newfound freedom. TMZ spotted the boy out with his grandmother at an Atlanta play center called Mighty Jumps.
The site reports that Usher’s youngest son, Naviyd, joined them in the play date. We’re glad little Ush is back to having some fun after the intense incident last week.
Hopefully his parents can go back to their lives as well considering they just went through an emergency custody hearing in light of recent events. As it stands, Usher still has primary custody of the couple’s two sons, but his ex-wife Tameka Foster has called for a retrial, which is set to take place on August 27.
