We’ve finally been formally introduced to Rayna Cruz, but what do we know about her?

The Vampire Diaries Season 7 big bad is ready to wreak havoc on Mystic Falls and, since she does hunt bloodsuckers for a living, strike down our favorite characters.

While we don’t know everything about why she does what she does and why she’s targeting certain vamps more than others, we’re reminding you of everything we know about this villainess. Consider it a supernatural cheat sheet:

1. She looks just like Elena.

Julie Plec has addressed the fact that Leslie-Anne Huff bares a striking resemblance to Nina Dobrev, calling it “definitely just a coincidence.” Then, in the promo for the February 19 episode, Damon tells Rayna to her face that she looks like his girlfriend and her doppelgangers. Is she another Petrova doppelganger? We shall see.

2. She has the ability to regenerate.

Given the fact that Enzo killed Rayna and burned her old lady body only for her to then appear as a 20-something, we think she can’t be killed. Perhaps this character regenerates like the famous Doctor Who or needs to be killed in a certain fashion. Either way, it’s scary.

3. She sounds pretty deadly — and unstoppable.

Rayna was first described as “fierce, driven, smart, and confident — a deadly legend who literally cannot rest until her vengeance is complete.” That makes it sound like it’s going to be hard for Damon & Co. to take this baddie out. Move over, Klaus Mikaelson.

4. She leaves her victims with an “X” scar.

We now know that the Phoenix Stone Dagger leaves its victims with an “X” shaped scar, which is somehow a beacon to tell Rayna “come and get me.” Once marked, apparently this makes it impossible to take yourself off Rayna’s most wanted list.

5. She’s after Stefan.

Rayna’s clear target is one of our favorite vamps. We’re not sure why she’s focusing her abilities on taking out the hero-haired hunk, but we’re definitely worried since it appears she’s captured him with no chance at escape.

The Vampire Diaries Season 7 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
