It looks like Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) will soon be on the move again. On August 1, he’ll attend the 15th annual Young Hollywood Awards, which means he’ll have to take a break from filming The Vampire Diaries in Atlanta. Hope that guy’s on a great frequent flier program!

Whose Line Is It Anyway?‘s Aisha Tyler will host the ceremony, which is considered the "Oscars of Young Hollywood,” according to the event’s website. Kathy Griffin, Dancing With the Stars’ Derek Hough, MistressesAlyssa Milano, Dominic Monaghan (Lost), Aimee Teegarden (Starcrossed), and Community’s Jim Rash will also present awards.

Some of the already announced winners include Selena Gomez, for Fan Favorite Album Award and Most Anticipated Tour Award; Lucy Hale, who’ll receive Crossover of the Year Award; and Bella Thorne (Shake It Up!) is being honored with the One to Watch Award.

Per The Young Hollywood Award’s site, “The star-studded red carpet award show, which celebrates the best emerging young talent in film, music and television, will be broadcast for the first time on The CW Network on Thursday, August 1st (8:00-10:00pm ET/PT) from The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, CA.”

Keep your fingers crossed that Ian shows up in a tux!
