According to TMZ, the couple signed a prenup before tying the knot that kept all of their earnings separate. Since Paul makes considerably more money than Torrey, he made off with most of the couple’s loot.
The prenup reportedly also said that both parties would receive all the money they fronted for the purchase of their home. This term seems to be another win for Paul as the actor reportedly contributed $730,593 to the house, while Torrey put in only $10,000. Paul was also entitled to keep three of the couple’s cars while Torrey made off with one Audi A4.
Paul and Torrey met in 2007 on the set of the film Killer Movie and married four years later during a private ceremony in New York City. The couple called it quits in July, but sources say the duo “continues to remain good friends.”
We’re still devastated that these two lovebirds didn’t work out, but we’re relieved the ex-couple could work out the terms of their so split amicably. No drawn-out divorce for these stars!
