One of the best parts of Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley’s directorial debut? The giant portrait of her face Nina Dobrev hilariously gifted her co-star on his first day of filming. Curious what it looks like? Well, wonder no further! Paul just posted a photo of it on his Twitter, and it’s about as amazing as you’ve probably imagined it to be...

“You asked: Hi Paul! Can you post a picture of the portrait Nina got you of her face?  @oh_mypaul,” Paul tweeted, along with a link to the photo. (By the way, the best part of this tweet: the phrase “the portrait Nina got you of her face.”) The portrait is pretty great, a straightforward rendering of Nina in a leather jacket and her hair in a high ponytail. Who wouldn’t want this work of art in their collection?

We’re even more excited to see the other work of art that came out of Paul’s directorial debut: Season 5, Episode 18 (“Resident Evil”). The episode is set to air next Thursday, April 17, and will delve deeper into the mystery of what the Travelers want, and just how far they’ve already insinuated themselves into Mystic Falls. Here’s the official synopsis.

What do you think of the portrait? Does it capture Nina’s charisma? Sound off in the comments below!

The Vampire Diaries airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
