Guess which Vampire Diaries star is back in the recording studio (and loving it)? Kat Graham (Bonnie Bennett) just shared an Instagram photo of herself looking oh-so-focused in the studio, along with the simple caption “Home.” It looks like the TVDer is ready to drop some more beats!

We’re not surprised that Kat is diving back into music-making. Following the release of her EP Against the Wall last year and the success of her single “Put Your Graffiti On Me,” the actress and musician has openly shared her plans to get back in the recording studio. In February, she told Billboard that she was upping her edge in her move to a new label: “Moving to Interscope has been such a great dream come true for me,” Kat told the music news outlet at New York Fashion Week. “I'm excited to go into 2014 with these new records and a cooler edge in that lane. My single ‘Power’ was a great place to leave off in the summer. I'm ready to reveal who I am truly as a beatmaker, an engineer, writer and artist.”

Kat also demonstrated her commitment to her music (and her fans) in the commitment to the “Breaking the Record” docu-series, which will follow her journey as she continues to promote her EP and work on her new album. In the first episode, she talked about why she wanted to be a part of the web series: “My fans are really incredible. From their support from The Vampire Diaries to my days with Will.i.am. I have some incredibly loyal — fierce, but very sweet — fans,” Kat explained. “Sometimes I look at other artists and their fans are a little crazy. My fans are awesome, and they’re very outspoken. They’ve got this incredible sense of compassion to them. Because of them, this is why I’m doing this show. I wanted them to see all the things that they don’t get to see, that I really feel like they’re already a part of.”
