Looks like things are heating up in NYC! Now that The Vampire Diaries is done filming, Nina Dobrev (Elena Gilbert) and Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) have some time to kick back and relax — and hang out together. It looks like all that time only brought them closer, because they were spotted holding hands in New York City on May 13.

Even hats and sunglasses couldn’t disguise the gorgeous couple. Of course, any chance Nina had of going undercover was blown by the green short shorts she was wearing. That girl has legs!
