Nina Dobrev and Victoria Justice: Separated at Birth?

TMZ thinks The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev (Elena) looks an awful lot like Nickelodeon tween star Victoria Justice. There is a pretty striking resemblance in that they’re both brunette, pretty, and not overly tanned nor scantily clad. That’s pretty hard to find in Hollywood these days! (Side note: Nina is 21 and Victoria is only 17. They look so mature, don’t they?)
