Even when Damon and Stefan cornered her, the Lady Pierce never lost her cool. She rumbled with the big boys. And, as always, she planned ahead. She even got that darn moonstone. Too bad she crossed the wrong witch in the process. Kat would be a free woman today if she hadn’t tricked Lucy into battling distant cousin-witch Bonnie to get that measly rock.

Thanks to Lucy’s spell, Elena felt every blow the Salvatores dealt Katherine. So E unwittingly saved her evil doppelganger. Talk about Irony! And when the deed was done and Katherine was safely locked away, Elena still didn’t get back with Stefan. Somebody’s got cojones of steel!
