Stefan [Spoilers] Elena — How Do You Feel After Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 6, “We All Go a Little Mad Sometimes”?

Well, we can barely see through our tears. The music. The pained expression in Stefan’s (Paul Wesley) eyes. The moment he told Elena (Nina Dobrev), “I can’t do this any more.” 

In the end, it all came down to Damon (Ian Somerhalder). Elena once told the elder Salvatore, “It will always be Stefan.” That may have been the case when she was human, but the newbie vamp has magnified feelings for her boyfriend’s big brother. Or should we say, ex-boyfriend? 

In the promo for the next episode, Stefan confirms, “Elena and I broke up.” We have to say, we saw it coming, but that doesn’t make it easy to take. Even if you do ‘ship the other Salvatore, the breakup was a moving scene.
