Season 3, Episode 13 of The Vampire Diaries, “Bringing out the Dead,” sounds a lot like the ‘80s movie Clue. For one thing, there’s been a murder. As for the murder weapon, Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) has some bad news for Alaric (Matt Davis). Professor Saltzman with the crossbow in the Mystic Falls woods, perhaps? Meanwhile, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) throws a bizarre dinner party, and he regales his guests with more gory details about his family’s history. An uninvited visitor crashes, ending the soiree. (God, we hope it’s Elijah.)
We’re not sure who Klaus’ guests are because Bonnie (Kat Graham) and her mother, Abby (Persia White), have been recruited to Team Stefan (Paul Wesley) — or should we say, Team Kill Klaus? Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) also enlisting an old pal’s assistance for a new scheme.
Finally, we’re very nervous that Caroline (Candice Accola) is “heartbroken” and Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) isn’t appearing in this episode. Tyler! No!
