Kat Graham (Bonnie) connected with her fans via the Interwebz on Christmas, but for New Year’s Eve she’ll be chillin’ with them in person.

Kat is spending the last hours of 2010 celebrating the New Year (read: drinking sparkling grape soda) with her loyal fans while hosting a bash at the Shrine at MGM Grand Foxwoods in Connecticut. Then she’ll travel to Boston on New Year’s Day to hang out at the Estate for a VIP party in her honor. (Wanna party it up with the resident witch? Deets are here!)

In honor of her upcoming visit to New England, Kat chatted with the Hartford Courant about her plans for the trip, life as a witch, her New Year’s resolutions, what’s next for the triple threat starlet, and her secret talents (you know, like gourmet cooking).

So what’s the agenda like for Kat once she reaches the northeast? She wants to arrive early to play an under-21 show for her younger fans, and Kat’s also totes ready to tantalize the Shrine audience with a song or two. But what she’s really looking forward to is a sloppy New Year’s smooch from her boyf, Cottrell Guidry, who will be ringing in 2011 with the starlet. Oh, and she can’t wait to bust out a few hot dresses she’s saved for the weekend.

As for what 2011 will bring for the TVD star, she dishes that not one but two movies she’s starring in will be released in early 2011, The Roommate and Honey 2. She also hopes to do some travelling and meet more TVD fans. Um, hey, we’re free!

But her one big NY resolution is to be more healthy, which she admits is hard when you’re constantly on the go. Luckily, Kat says she’s quite the master chef. “I enrolled in cooking school but didn't finish because of my shooting schedule but love Mediterranean and Spanish cooking. And I can make a really mean steak,” she says. Kat also dishes that she really fell in love with cooking while filming 17 Again — and started shadowing the amazing caterers on set to learn the craft.

What a talented witch woman!
