When it comes to playing video games, nerds around the country are willing to stand in line for hours on end, just to get their hands on the latest game on the day of its release. Vampire Diaries actor Steven R. McQueen is just this kind of nerd.

On Monday, April 15, Steven hit up his local GameStop to make sure he got his copy of Injustice: Gods Among Us. Steven’s girlfriend, Hillary, took to Twitter to post a pic of actor standing outside the store, joking: “How I'm being forced to spend Monday night... #videogameNERD.”

Now, we may not be the biggest gamers on the planet, but we have to admit, we admire Steven’s decorum when it comes to waiting in line. He could have easily used his star-status to skip right to the front, but instead, he stuck it out like everybody else!

And it seems that Steven may have found a like-minded nerd in a fellow actor. Snapping a photo of his game and posting it on Twitter, Steven wrote: “So excited! @amellywood

Yep, that would be Stephen Amell, the droolworthy star of the CW’s action-drama Arrow, and TVD’s erstwhile werewolf Brady.

Needless to say, we’d like to be invited when these guys get together to kill criminals (or whatever this game’s about). That’d simply be too much hotness in one room to miss!
