As much as we love watching our favorite Vampire Diaries stars cuddle with tigers and enjoy their vacations, it all has to come to an end sometime. Plus, if they don’t get back to work, we won’t have anything to watch, and that just is not acceptable. But don’t worry. The planes have landed back in Atlanta, and it’s officially TVD time again!

Getting a head start on his workload, Joseph Morgan (Klaus) tweeted about reading a certain script on January 4: “Also read script for episode 16 of a certain popular series involving night walkers. Interesting storyline developing ;)” Hmm. Define interesting for us, Joseph.

And now that Monday has rolled around, it’s time to stop reading and start working. Just ask Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore), who woke up bright and early this morning to kick off his work week!

Ian tweeted, “Back in the Saddle and ready to work- #tvdtime. Up, 6AM-training, breakfast, study lines, bite someone..” Our question: Who is Damon biting?

But the boys aren’t the only ones who are getting back to the grind! Candice Accola (Caroline Forbes) took to Twitter yesterday to say goodbye to her vacation: “Back to work tomorrow...so thankful for the places visited, moments had, and the loved ones that encompassed.”

We cannot wait to see what these three (and everyone else, of course) is working on for Episode 16 and every episode after that!
