Casper Zafer: Middle East via Great Britain
Though Casper Zafer (Finn) is originally from Great Britain, his father is of Ukrainian descent. Casper spent much of his youth in the Middle East before landing acting work in England in 1999. Like his co-star Nathaniel, The Vampire Diaries is his first stateside project.
