Okay, we admit... Paul Wesley (Stefan) wasn’t exactly born in a foreign country, but he has spent a significant amount of time outside the US. Born in New Jersey to first-generation Polish parents, Paul spent four months of every year in Poland until he was 16. In fact, he’s even fluent in his family’s native language!
