Stayed Together On-Set: While the couple planned to wed in a private ceremony in late 2007, they called off their engagement in August of that same year. Jennifer stayed with the show for two-and-a-half more years, through its 6th season. Jesse continued on all the way through the series finale. The pair reunited for the final episode in May 2012.
