Just call him a travelin’ man! Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) jetted to Washington DC on January 20 for President Obama’s second inauguration. He looked dapper to us in his hat and scarf, but he also toted a Louis Vuitton suit for the occasion. Hopefully Ian made it to the party. He tweeted that he misplaced his ticket!
