When you’re talking about two Bravolebrities, it doesn’t take much to bust up a friendship. Sometimes, it can take as little as one missing tooth. OK, make that two front teeth.

That’s exactly what Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Marie revealed on the Season 2 premiere on November 4. After forging a hard-won friendship with former nemesis Stassi Schroeder towards the end of Season 1, viewers tuned in to learn the two were back at war — all because Stassi had failed to call Scheana after she underwent tooth surgery.

But it wasn’t just any tooth surgery, it was a pretty horrific ordeal. And we have to admit, we nearly passed out just listening to the details. But in an exclusive interview with Wetpaint Entertainment, Scheana gave them to us — bones, blood and all. Do you think she has a right to be this ticked? Here’s what she had to say:

“Last August, in 2012, I was at a restaurant with Stassi,” Scheana shares with Wetpaint Entertainment. “For what it’s worth, I hadn’t even been drinking. I had water all night. But the floor of the restaurant was wet and as we were making our way out, we both slipped on it. I fell on my knees at first, but when I went to lift myself up, the floor was so wet my hands slipped out and I smacked my face flat against the floor.”

“I broke both of my two front teeth and chipped the two other teeth on each side,” Scheana continues. “There’s blood everywhere and I’m screaming and panicking and I had no idea what to do. I knew I couldn’t go to the emergency room because it was a dental issue, so I stayed awake all night and sat in bed crying. First thing in the morning, my boyfriend drove me to the dentist.”

Since that first trip to the dentist, Scheana’s undergone three separate surgeries. “And I’m still not done,” she adds. Making matters worse, the root of one tooth suffered an infection. “The infection ate away at the root. I had to have an emergency extraction or I would I have ended up in the hospital.”

Because of the infection, an implant to replace the tooth is now out of the question. Scheana will have to undergo a stem cell graft and be fitted with a bridge. But what stings most of all isn’t the pain from the surgeries, she says. It’s the fact that Stassi didn’t reach out.

“She was there with me the night it happened. She saw my terror and all the blood. She knew how traumatized I was. To not call me after the first surgery, it really upset me. Be a friend, pick up the phone! I don’t see us ever being close to best friends again.”

Vanderpump Rules airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
