While the big award shows may not recognize reality TV — it’s a travesty, really — there are always the 2014 RealityWanted Awards. Bravo’s hit show Vanderpump Rules really cleaned up this year, scoring five total nominations recognizing the stars as well as the show overall.

Here’s how the nominations for Vanderpump Rules breaks down:

  • Lisa Vanderpump is nominated for “Reality Queen”

  • Jax Taylor is nominated for “Best Male Villain”

  • Stassi Schroeder is nominated for “Best Female Villain”

  • Vanderpump Rules is nominated for “Best New Show”

  • Vanderpump Rules is nominated for “Best Guilty Pleasure Show”

Scheana Marie was at the nomination ceremony and even took part in the process, announcing the shows that were up for “Best Shocking Moment,” “Best Heartfelt Moment,” and “Dramatic Exit.” But let’s break down the categories that Vanderpump Rules scored in.

Obviously Lisa is the queen of our hearts — she is the big boss of the whole operation, after all — and we absolutely love that Jax and Stassi are being recognized for their dastardly deeds on Season 2 of the show. Jax continued the trend of sleeping with anything that moves and Stassi was pretty much a master puppeteer of the entire operation, manipulating everyone the entire season.

We will admit that we’re a bit surprised not to see Kristen Doute nominated for her emotional season or her wrongdoings — and Tom Sandoval knocking the crap out of Jax deserves some kind of award. And isn’t there a category for “Most Adorable Moment”? That would definitely have gone to Mike Shay’s beautiful proposal to Scheana Marie.

But overall, we’re not surprised that Vanderpump Rules scored a few noms and we feel pretty certain that they’ll walk away with some recognition on the big night. It’s definitely our guilty pleasure — though we aren’t afraid to admit it!
