Sponsored posts are par for the course when it comes to former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants.

However, when Nick Viall’s new fiancée Vanessa Grimaldi shared her first Instagram ad this week — for a fashion brand — you’d think the Bachelor 2017 winner killed someone!

Other than supporting her future hubby on Dancing With the Stars and bonding with his partner Peta Murgatroyd, the special education teacher has been a little less busy than usual.

So it makes a lot of sense Vanessa would want to get involved in something new — in this case, a partnership with online retailer, Tempt Brands.

“l’ll always be a bargain shopper, especially when it comes to clothes! Got this entire look from @temptbrands!” the 29-year-old captions a shot of herself this week, sporting a silk cami, white pants, and strappy nude heels.

This being her first time mentioning a brand on social media, the comments section pretty much popped off.

“Aaaaaaand here come the post bachelor season ads,” one follower writes, while another chimes in asking when she’s “going back to teaching your students.”

Then, from one perturbed fan, “My God please!!! Stop selling stuff and just enjoy him! Hate all the sales pitches from all the ex participants.”

Actually, this is only the beginning.

Oddly enough, Vanessa’s followers’ biggest concern seems to be that she is preaching “bargain” in the caption, while carrying a pricey Céline bag.

“A $3,500 Celine bag is a 'bargain' ?? lol” one person notes.

However, if fans were to dive deeper into the collaboration, they might realize it’s more than those Sugar Bear Hair or Hellofresh go-tos.

A long time shopper of the site, the Canadian beauty joined up with the Tempt team at their offices, choosing her favorite looks and trying them on for Vanessa Grimaldi x Tempt Brands.

“Getting to know Vanessa and working with her on this project was such a joy!” the site reads.

It continues, “She’s an incredibly funny, quirky and grounded young woman. And what a natural beauty! Best of all, we were all impressed at how many chicken fingers and fries she can pack into that little 5 foot 3 inch body.”
