Vicki Gunvalson Dismissed From $250K Vicki’s Vodka Lawsuit

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson still faces plenty of on-camera drama, but at least one off-camera issue appears to have gone away.

Vicki has been dismissed as a defendant in a $250,000 fraud and breach of contract lawsuit that was filed against her, according to Radar Online.

Vicki was being sued by Robert Williamson III a partner in her Vicki's Vodka business, having invested $250,000 for not giving him his share, but Robert has now "voluntarily" dismissed Vicki from the suit. Phew!

However, Brooks Ayers has not resolved things with Robert and reportedly is still being sued.

“Vicki and her lawyer had two marathon settlement talks with Williamson in Las Vegas over the last few weeks, ending in Monday’s dismissal,” a source reveals. “Brooks was not involved in those discussions, and the suit against him is continuing.”

According to the suit, Vicki had given 16.67 percent of her vodka business to Brooks without telling business partner Robert. Robert is claiming that Brooks then sold it to Robert in an act of fraud.

We think it's safe to assume that Vicki will have something to say about this when she appears on tonight's episode of Watch What Happens Live. Either way, we're relieved that she's now in the clear!
