Radar Online reports that Vicki's Vodka co-owner Robert Williamson III is suing Vicki for — deep breath 'cause it's a long list! — fraud, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, breach of covenant of good faith dealings, misrepresentation, and unjustly enriching herself and intentionally inflicting emotional distress on him.
It had seemed that Vicki and Robert had put their acrimony behind them when they signed a settlement agreement on July 15. But Robert's new lawsuit alleges that, "almost immediately following the dismissal of Vicki from the federal litigation, Vicki disregarded the settlement agreement and breached the same."
However, Vicki's lawyer claims that Vicki is being sued because she wants to put an end to the Vicki's Vodka line. "This lawsuit arises from the business decision of Ms. Gunvalson and her business partner, Michael Nicholson, an expert in blending and selling distilled spirits, to terminate the Vicki’s Vodka brand,” her attorney says.
"Their decision resulted from their ongoing dissatisfaction with the business practices and bullying conduct of their other business partner, who is a professional gambler in Las Vegas and the plaintiff in the case," the lawyer adds. "He wants to continue the project; they do not."
Vicki and Robert appeared on an episode of Real Housewives together this season, where they attended a Vicki's Vodka tasting. Vicki seemed gung-ho about their bacon-flavored vodka, so it seemed like things were hunky-dory for the company. Clearly, that's not the case.
